• Is Quality a Question in gold buying?

  Of course!!! Quality is the primary concern for a small gold gift buyer like me. He has a good design, helpful staff and sincere looking customer care. But it is disappointing that; a particular fella (claims to Anil Kapoor) have not learn a lesson may be; what is gold quality is all about? The fella (AK) thinks that he can get away with not giving customer a sales invoice, VAT receipt and moreover a gold QUALITY assurance as well. I have only lost little amount of change by buying some gold ornaments i.e. I suppose XXX to XXXX only in purchasing DJ0gm in last five years. I reckon quality is the only issue does not make me repeat gift buying from this place. Sorry but this is the bitter truth. I anticipate that this review will help the gold ornament gift buyers like me on the one hand and the Swagaat's owners to improve its quality concerns on the other. Because in my case loosing money by trusting the fella was not an issue but the quality I bought - proved wrong was only a major
