Tesla Computers

After four years of hassle free computing I finally got a dreaded internet virus. My computer wouldn’t enter Windows. I went over to a friends house and phoned a few companies in the Thompsons directory. I know from newspapers and magazines that many IT companies just format PCs as a hassle free way of repairing them. However this was not going to be good for me as I had emails, photos and documents that I needed. I contact a number of companies who offered me a format over the phone. We saw Tesla Computers had a website and decided visit it teslacomputers.co.uk we saw they offered a range of repair options and phoned up. I phoned Tesla who told me they could repair the PC in 90% of cases and could recover all my documents if my PC needed a format. They offered to come and look at the PC that very day at no cost. Two days later they returned with the PC on time as arranged, it was fixed, setup and all my documents etc were there! Tesla were smart, prompted + honest and seemed to know what they was talking about. I would use this company again and would recommend them. My only quibble is that they didn’t offer a credit/debit card payment (July 06). Not a problem, just something to bare in mind.

I have a small home based business with a mixture of 2 Windows computers and 2 apple computers. I wanted them to be networked and to share my printers etc. I have had IT companies in before. Most of whom were one-man bands who seemed to be nice enough but limited in knowledge or larger companies who charged alot and was hard to get in contact with who did the work as they have so many non-designated engineers. After phoning around a couple of businesses i wasnt sure any of them were really clear on what they were going to do. I contacted Tesla Computers who were more then happy to take time to explain what i needed and what was involved going to be involved in getting my network working. They told me the advantages and disadvantages of all the options and were able to give me there opinion. They were happy to show there qualifications and had a good understand of my needs as well what the computer hardware. It was a personal service provided by well presented employees. They dont charge to come and look at problem, there phone support has been great. They boast flexible working hours too. They were upfront about prices, they have rewarded my loyalty. In general they know what they are doing with regard IT/Computers and business. If you have a problem they should be your first choice b/c they have knowledge experinced and have Microsoft and Cisco qualifications. 10/10, top company.
