Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. I rented a property from them for around 4 years and had nothing but problems. It took a court order to make them carry out basic essential works on the property to ensure that it was habitable. B Bailey and Co would try to evict me and my family any time we complained about an issue such as the lack of a permanent electricity supply and faulty windows. Most landlords give a few weeks grace if you are late paying rent due to circumstances beyond your control, however these guys take you to court after one week.
