The Supplementary Education Centre has been teaching children at weekends since 1973.Each child is individually taught at their own pace in Maths and English buy qualified school teachers.We teach children from 7-17 years. 11plus,13plus Sats and GCSE are what we are known for . We have all our own text books and past GCSE papers. We prepare our 11 plus papers based on previous years exams so that children are taught VERBAL and NON VERBAL reasoning which is relevant to the local grammar school exams. We generally obtain 100 plus passes to Ilford and Woodford County High and 40 plus passes to other grammar schools. We also regularly obtain 40 plus Scholarships and Entrance passes to the Independent Schools. Junior children are given Maths and English homework weekly and senior children can have homework if required. Parents are encouraged to see the teachers for progress reports.
