Think Fitness is a private gym and sports injury clinic. We offer free membership and no contract. Our commitment is to quality service. As well as our in-house trainer, we also have a range of services from sports physiotherapy to metabollic fitness testing. We are convenient for people living in the following areas Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, Epping, Chigwell, Abridge, Ilford, Gants Hill, Woodford, South.Woodford and Chingford

Our gym is part of the Fitness Industry Association and is committed to a high quality service. Our trainers are members of the National Register of Personal Trainers and are qualified to a high standard (minimum of REPS level 3). Some have also gone on to specialise in key aspects of personal training such as sports conditioning, injury rehabilitation and nutrition. We also have a fully qualified chartered physiotherapist based at the gym.

We are able to match the most appropriate trainer to your level of physcial fitness and also your training goals. This may range from sports specific conditioning through to weight loss and general toning programs. We are also able to offer you complete privacy when you train, giving you the confidence to gain the most from your workout.
