Excellent service and range of glasses!!!!

There was a great welcome as I walked into the store and lots of helpful staff. They were able to accommodate an eye exam for me on the same day - which I have to say was extremely through. The optician was very polite and very professional answering all my questions. As I had a prescription, I did new glasses made up. the floor staff helped me pick out a pair of frames which both suited me and were within my budget! They were made the same day and I was able to do my other shopping on Loughton High Rd and pick up my glasses straight after. I'm very happy with glasses and the excellent service and would recommend everyone to go there!
