  • 2 Shame about the aftercare

    Appeared to be good job done approx 5 years ago but tiles now becoming loose and falling from the side of roof. Are they fulfilling their 'no quibble guarantee with immediate response'? No they are not and both Henry and Harry have avoided my phone calls over the last fortnight. They have absolutely no intention of putting right their shoddy workmanship so I will therefore get a roofer in myself. 10 year guarantee not worth the paper it's written on.
