Don't ever use this company

I booked a coach using this company for my birthday celebration. Firstly the coach was considerably late to pick us to take us to my venue. Then the coach did not pick us up at the end of the night!! I tried to contact the driver and the company-neither answered. This left me and a coach full of friends stranded in London at 3am we had to pay out a great deal of money to get cabs home. The coach company apologised the next day and said they had gone to the wrong venue to collect us. When asked why they didn't call me on the number i had provided they again apologised. Cousin Coaches initially said they would refund half of my money back as they had only provided half of the agreed service and if i provided receipts for the cabs we used i could claim this back. In reality this was not the case, to cut a long story short the company were not prepared to refund anything and infact turned rude and nasty, telling me i would have to take them to court. This company ruined my birthday and took advantage of me! Please do not let them steal you're money!
