My Life Counselling by Tony Cox can offer you a space to explore what you want from life including your hopes, aspirations, and desires for the future. I can also offer you a supportive place to explore the difficult parts of life like fears, anger, sadness and loss. Taking the 1st step to seeking help can be difficult and fearful - take a moment to imagine how it would feel to express and release difficult feelings, emotions, thoughts and beliefs in a supportive and understanding place. I believe the key ingredient to evoking lasting change is to feel seen and supported. As a counsellor I will stand with you as you discover your own needs and wants so that change can feel possible once more. Tony Cox (MBACP, MNCH) is a qualified (PGDip) Psychosynthesis Counsellor & member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy. I adhere to their codes of practise and ethical guidelines. As a counsellor I am experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and ages. I have worked with many issues including, depression, anxiety, pain relief, disability, addictions, relationships, stress, loss, rediscovering purpose and sexuality.
