E-commerce in Loughton (Essex)
I am appalled with Elegant bow company. I ordered a bow in early December for a opening ceremony that was being held on the 17th December. It arrived on the 21st December and was therefore too late. Through out all of this I kept contacting Sam through her website 'contact us' page. Once the bow arrived I packaged it up and sent it back. Paying for the postage and packaging. I wrote a polite letter requesting a full refund. I have had no response and again no response to my numerous emails. My advice is never purchase from Elegant bow company as I was let down and am also out of pocket.
